  Job Description:

  We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will prepare a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.

  • Develop new recipes and assist with dessert menu planning.

  • Manage pastry kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.

  • Monitor inventory and order baking supplies as needed.

  • Train and supervise junior pastry staff.

  • Follow strict food safety and sanitation guidelines.

  • Collaborate with chefs for events and special menus.

  • Minimize waste and ensure cost-effective production.

  Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation.

  • Ability to develop creative and innovative recipes.

  • Excellent organizational and team management skills.

  • Commitment to maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
