  POSITION         :  Epicor ERP Technical Consultant
  Job Discribtion :
  Epicor Technical Expertise:
  o Design and develop customized Epicor solutions using tools and technologies like.
  C#, Epicor Application Studio, SSRS, Crystal Report Designer, Power BI etc.
  o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Epicor functionality, integrations,
  customizations, design & development etc.
  o Perform system upgrades and migrations, ensuring compatibility with new versions
  and features.
  o Conduct system performance assessments and recommend optimization strategies.
  o Can work in EPICOR Cloud Environment smoothly to perform customization,
  personalization’s
  o Can use frequently system debugging & configuration tool according to business
  requirement
  o Can customize Menus, Develop & Designs Users Groups,
  o Can control & modify user’s access in system as ROLE
  o Can designs & Develop Dashboards as per users’ requirements
  o Can use easily DM – Tools for bulk data uploading.
  o Can do technical work fully independently, and to maintain the system performance
  smoothly.
  o Easily understand, transform, apply, build & develop the System Architecture as per
  defined Business Process work flows.
  o Can easily modify the Available Modules into best fit for Construction Business to
  cover the related Business processes.
  • End User Engagement:
  o Build strong relationships with internal users, management, actively listening to their
  needs and concerns, and apply it in system accordingly to construction business
  requirements and business process needs.
  o Provide ongoing technical support and training to users.
  o Present solutions and recommendations to users in a clear and concise manner as per
  his requirements.
  o Stay informed about latest Epicor advancements and industry trends, sharing valuable
  insights with users.
  • Qualifications:
  o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Application
  Development & Programming, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  o Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Technical side of EPICOR, implementing and
  supporting Epicor ERP systems Technically.
  o Strong understanding of Epicor architecture, modules, and functionality.
  o Proficiency in .NET development, SQL Server, and related technologies.
  o Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  o EPICOR Technical Certification is a PLUS
